Join Rebecca and Michelle Dwyer for an eight week group exploring the relationship between nutrition and your mental and emotional health.

This group will provide you with useful information to help you to achieve the lifestyle you want to have, and will also provide you with emotional support you need to achieve it. You will get practical information tailored to you, and have the opportunity to explore the issues that may have contributed to any problems you are currently experiencing, such as emotional eating.

  • Create an eating plan that works for you at home and on the go
  • Develop a platform for personal growth that addresses both your feelings and your habits
  • Practice ways to let go of guilt and fear around eating, and instead enjoy your food
  • Expand your skills to feel confident in your ability to create nourishing meals or meal plans that support your body, mind and spirit

We will meet once a week on Thursdays, for the months of October and November.  There are two sections of the group (members will attend only one).

Section 1: Rockridge neighborhood, Oakland.  Thursdays 10:00am – 11:30am

Section 2: Piedmont neighborhood, Oakland, Thursdays 7:00pm – 8:30pm.
